Support to Students
The past ICCOPT organizing committees arranged special support for student participants to encourage their participation to the confrerences. Maintaining this good tradition, the ICCOPT 2016 Tokyo organizing committee also provides the following support to student participants.
- 1. The committee arranged relatively inexpensive accommodation, the National Olympic Memorial Youth Center (NYC), the venue of summer school from August 4 to August 13. Rooms are without bath room and refrigelator. The conference venue is located at three stations in subway from this accommodation.
- 2. Only student participants can make reservation at this accomodation up to April 15 (reservation is open to non-student participants after April 16).
- 3. The committee waives the room charge of student participants during the summer school period (August 5, 6, 7 nights).
